Mirenesse Review: Forever Diamonds Lipstick

Mirenesse is a great brand providing you with that boutique style products without the expensive pricetag!

To celebrate their 10th Anniversary, Mirenesse has created the Limited Edition Forever Diamonds Lipstick. The box again is quite cute and the lipstick comes in a Mirenesse pouch. How cute! It really protects the product. The packaging of the actual product is so glamorous that you don't want to touch it! I have the shade Fabbio. The product is a blend of lipstick and lip gloss and contain diamonds and peptides for plumping. The shade is a really nice neutral shade and has a nice gloss to it. It is long lasting and smells quite nice. The lipstick is moisturising and you can feel it plumping you lips. I really like this product as it adds nice colour to your lips!

Mirenesse Review: Vibralash

Mirenesse is a great brand providing you with that boutique style products without the expensive pricetag!

Sorry that I have not been posting lately as I had been so busy! Mirenesse Vibralash is a Vibrating Brush 24hr Mascara. This product is the World's First 3-speed touch control vibrating mascara. The wand Micro-Wraps the formula 360 degrees around every lash and collagen spheres enhance lashes even further by plumping them to the fullest. Thee great thing about it i that you can ash it off with warm water and it is so safe you can sleep in it. Also Mirenesse doesn't test on animals which is so good. The mascara comes in a nice box and the packaging is sleek and is black with gold detailing. I have the colour Electric Black and the button is really discreet. The applicator is fabulous. You can really tell the difference in wearing this mascara. This more vibration, the more length and volume. It really separates them, lifts them, lengthens them and makes them look great. The product doesn't clump and the vibration isn't annoying at all. After trying this, I think it is my favourite mascara!

Organisation Series: Packing Toiletries for Travel

Organisation tips for packing toiletries when about to travel. It makes packing a lot easier! Trust me!

Don't you hate it when your toiletry bag is stuffed with twenty products and one leaks or you can't close the bag? Me too. I have quite a few tips to avoid this.
Tip 1: Stay on task
When you get distracted you lose track and end up taking two large hand creams instead one travel size. If you stay on topic, you will have a clear understanding of what you have packed.

Tip 2: Pack the necessary
Pack what you need. Prior to packing you can make a list. For examples, three lip glosses etc. Take the minimum and only take one of each thing as much as possible. So take one moisturiser instead of two. If you know you are going to be buying some products there, pack less.

Tip 3: Use Zip Lock bags
To avoid spillage, use zip lock bags. You can just buy them, from the supermarket and pack about two to four similar products in each bag.

Tip 4: Review what you have packed
After packing take a look at what you have and if it fits well, is it not too heavy and try to cut it down further. If you get distracted when you check your products again you can fix any mistakes that have occurred such as packing five lip glosses instead of three.

Tip 5: Use Travel Sized Products
This is vital. If you substitute products for travel sized versions, you will save heaps of space. The  best thing about them is that they are really affordable and cheap. I got most of my travel items from Priceline. They are great!

So they are my tips. I hope you enjoyed!

Facial Wash Challenge: Day 5 - Clean & Clear In Shower Facial

Want to purchase a facial wash but you don't want to waste your money as it isn't effective for your skin? Read the Facial Wash Challenges for reviews on cleansers!

I know you read the title and thought 'this is not a facial cleanser'. I really wanted to review this product for the last day. Clean & Clear In Shower Facial "works with the steam of your shower". It basically is a facial. You can really feel it working on your skin. The great thing about it is that the product applies on as a facial but scrubs off as an exfoliator and scrub. The facial is really quick - I think you have to keep it one for only on minute! It made my skin feel smooth but I didn't feel it removed oil. The product is oil free and doesn't clog pores which is fantastic.

Well the Facial Wash Challenge is over! Did you like it?

Hollywood Review: Clear Bra Straps and Bra Coverting Clip

Hollywood provides great beauty essentials and fantastic handbag staples! Read this review on the Converting Clip and Bra Straps!

Hi, I'm back with another Hollywood review. How exciting! Ok, I will get right into it.
Clear Bra Straps
These are great. You can adjust the size a lot and the strap is quite strong. It is very functional. You can use it for lots of things such as hide with halters, singlets etc. The product is quite comfortable with non-slip support. If you purchase this it is important to know to gently clean it with a damp cloth. The best thing about it is that you can use it with any bra that has detachable straps! You don't have to feel uncomfortable with sightly bra straps no more.
The product comes in a set of four (two pairs)

Bra Converting Clip
Another good product. The product converts any bra or tank etc. into cross-back style, lifts breasts and keeps straps from slipping. It is quite comfortable and doesn't fall off. The clip definitely does its job and is therefore functional. It is clear and not noticeable which I love. This product comes in a set of two.

Facial Wash Challenge: Day 4 - Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser

Want to purchase a facial wash but you don't want to waste your money as it isn't effective for your skin? Read the Facial Wash Challenges for reviews on cleansers!

Coming to the end of the Challenge now (awww). The second last review is on the Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser which "controls oil" and is "thorough cleansing with long-lasting oil control for the deepest feeling clean".  First of all, is lathers up really nicely. The product really foams up. It left my skin feeling really clean and smooth. The cleanser smells fruity and floral at first and then creamy and like baby powder afterwards. There is no negatives to this product and I really like it.

Facial Wash Challenge: Day 3 - Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser

Want to purchase a facial wash but you don't want to waste your money as it isn't effective for your skin? Read the Facial Wash Challenges for reviews on cleansers!

Wow, over half way through the Facial Wash Challenge. It has definitely gone quick! Day 3 as you can tell is on the Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. The product is oil free, won't clog pores and is dermatologist tested. It "cleans so deeply and thoroughly that it improves the look and feel of your skin". I have to say it does do that; my skin feels smooth and soft. However, my skin didn't feel clean, which is a con. It has a really good consistency and I love that! The scent is nice too. The product smells like the other Deep Clean product; Deep Clean Facial Cleanser. I think all the product reviewed so far have been pretty good.

Day 4...? Hint: Foaming Cleanser

Beauty Watch: Products I use Everyday

Take a look into my Beauty Products I use everyday!

My last beauty watch was basically the product I want to try to most. But today I wanted to do a post on the products I basically use everyday.

Ere Perez Natural Translucent Corn Powder
I really don't know what I would do without this product. I just love it. I have the powder in the shade One For All. It provides great coverage and gives my face a matte finish as I have an oily t-zone. I find this product great as a blotting powder too and also to set my makeup.
Nutrimetics Hydrafinity Eye Rejuvenator
This is a great eye cream. It wakes up my eyes and makes them feel refreshed. The product also makes my eyes soft and does a great job. The packaging is quite compact which is fantastic for travel.
Artiste Popping Punk Duo Stippling and All Over Shadow Brush
I really like this brush. It has a shadow brush on one side and a large stippling brush on the other. I mainly use the stippling bursh as it applies my translucent powder on well. The bristles are mostly pink except the end of the stippling brush which is white. This is the main fact that attracted me to it.
Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion
This is my everyday moisturiser which I apply to my cheek area due to my skin type. It really helps to even out my skin tone and has a great consistency. the bottle is quite cute and is an overall fantastic product.
So these are just some of the products I use everyday. Be sure to check out the Facial Wash Challenge!

Facial Wash Challenge: Day 2 - Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser

Want to purchase a facial wash but you don't want to waste your money as it isn't effective for your skin? Read the Facial Wash Challenges for reviews on cleansers!

For Day 2 of the Facial Wash Challenge I trialled Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser. For normal to oily skin, it is super easy to use with a pump which I love, love, love! The product is "a penetrating and thorough cleanser that improves your complexion". This cleanser has a great scent. It smells lovely, almost like baby powder but not quite. The colour of the product is a transparent orange and it applies on really well. The product removes dirt, oil and makeup, I had powder on and it removed it. The cleanser left my skin feeling smooth but not as clean as the cleanser in Day One.

Day 3...? Hint: Another Deep Clean product

Mirenesse Review: Magic Touch Foundation

Foundation with a Magic Touch and great coverage. Mirenesse Magic Touch Foundation!

Mirenesse is a great brand of cosmetics that are high quality. One of my favourite products is their Magic Touch Foundation. First of all, the packaging of this is adorable. It is boutique and elegant. You don't want to throw it away. Mirenesse has put together a fabulous foundation. The shape of it is quite unique and it is quite compact which is really good for travel. The  product has a mirror at the top of the lid which is super convenient. I also love the fact that the foundation is hands free. There is a little applicator stuck to the bottom and you squeeze the foundation and it comes out on the applicator and apply it. The shade I have is in Vanilla and it matches my skin perfectly. You get good coverage and it blends well into your skin. The product contains a 3D Halosphere. It gives you flawless skin, concealing any imperfections. There isn't a fault about this foundation.

Travel Essentials

Travelling to America or to your cousin's house? Well with these Travel Essentials you won't be caught looking jetlagged or tired!

So instead of doing a Winter Essentials I thought I would do a Travel Essentials since I am going to Hawaii in less than three weeks.
My first travel essential is sunscreen. If your destination is in Summer or Spring or you are going to the beach, you will definitely need sunscreen. My favourite sunscreen is from the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer range because the sunscreen for your face actually applies on dry. It is great because it doesn't leave your skin oily.
Product to Try:
Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen

My next travel essential is moisturiser and body lotion. These are two very important products because when you are on the plane your skin tends to dry out. Every now and them, apply moisturiser and body lotion because it hydrates your skin.
Products to Try:
Trilogy Very Gentle Moisturising Cream

Spa Paradisa Jasmine and Ylang Ylang Body Butter

Another essential is Cotton Pads. You never know when you need them and they are just fabulous. I know I use mine to apply toner and there is nothing else to say about this product beside they are great.
Products to Try:
Swisspers Make up Pads

The last travel essential is a bright lip gloss. This product always come in handy as you can add some fun to your look and even if you have no makeup on it can give you some more pizazz.
Product to Try:
Australis Colour Inject Mineral Lip gloss in Bellydance

Hollywood Review: Effective in Removing Lint

So last week I had a couple of minutes before I left and I realised that my pants were covered in fluff. This was an emergency and I was quite silly as I started to pick all the balls of fluff individually. I realised I had my Hollywood Lint Removing Sheets and within a minute my pants were lint-free. I really love this product as it actually works! The packaging is great to keep in your bag or for travel and you don't waste the product - I only used needed one sheet for both sides of my pants. You just peel a sheet off the mini stack and stick on your pants. You peel it off and stick it on another area. Is it that simple! You can see that the lint is removed from your clothing or material as it is visible on the sheet. Overall, it is a great product!

Facial Wash Challenge: Day 1 - Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash

As day one of the Facial Wash Challenge, I tried the new Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. It is a Pink Grapefruit Facial Cleanser with Microclear Technology and "helps clear breakouts". I decided to use this before my Clinique cleanser to remove dirt, makeup and oil and then the second time I cleanse I can really get down into my skin. I love that the bottle has a pump as it is super convenient and I also love the fact that the cleanser is pink. How cute! The scent is so nice. It smells really fruity and lovely. I had foundation on when I used this product and it removed it. The wash is not over drying and it left my skin feeling smooth and soft.

Day one of the facial challenge went off with a great start. Day 2...? Hint: Another Neutrogena product
