Rushed Mornings? Beauty Shortcuts

Hi beauties,Don't you hate those days when you wake up late and rush through your beauty routine, missing out on steps, but still turning up late to your destination? Me too! Well, here are some beauty products that make it (nearly) impossible to run late.

1. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
The first skincare shortcut is a cleanser. I like this cleanser because it is gentle, suitable for all skin type and even removes light make-up. The time saving quality of this product is that you can use it without water. How handy?!

2. Trilogy Vital Moisturising Cream SPF15
This product is of high quality and doubles up as a moisturiser and sunscreen. It cuts down time and you don't have to be putting on two layers of creams.

3. Batiste Dry Shampoo
This product can be your lifesaver. Normally, if your hair is really greasy or dirty, you would take a shower, which takes up time. With this product, you can just spray all over and it refreshes your hair. It makes you feel confident and you can just have the shower when you get home!

4. Maybelline Fit Me! Powder
The first make-up short cut is a powder/foundation. This powder is really good and has a nice consistency. It takes more time to use a liquid or cream foundation than a powder foundation. So it doubles up to give you a matte finish and good coverage.

5. Hard Candy Fox in a Box
This product is so good for a short cut. The powder has four shades so you can use it as a blush, bronzer, highlighter or just for some colour. All you need is this compact box for a nice, glowing face.
6. Australis Lip Butter
The last shortcut is a lip butter. Australis had created a really nice lip butter that is so moisturising and has cute packaging. The shades give a subtle but nice colour to your lips. You are moisturising your lips and giving them a bit of a tint at the same time.

Trilogy Review: Age Proof

This is the last Trilogy review for now! Yes, I know it is sad. Anyway, the review is about the Nutrient Plus Firming Serum part of the Age Proof  range.

The key ingredients are hyaluronic acid, antioxidant vitamins and licorice and mulberry extracts which help to "instantly restore firmness and radiance". The licorice and mulberry extracts boost the radiance of your skin and Hyaluronic Acid helps to restore firmer and more radiant skin. The serum is fresh and light. It smells pretty alright considering it is all natural. It definitely does its job. The serum makes you feel fresh and light and firms your skin gently. I personally think it brightens up your complexion and the product is easy to apply. It is great if you are starting to notice that your skin is ageing or if you are in the stage of your life where you need that anti-ageing product. It is great!

Trilogy Review: Protecting and Nourishing

Another great product from Trilogy called Vital Moisturising Cream SPF 15. It gives you "daily nourishment and hydration with natural UV protection". If you haven't read my last Trilogy review, Trilogy is a fantastic skincare line that is all natural. The featured ingredients in this moisturiser is certified organic rosehip, marula and orange flower which makes it smell beautiful! It actually has quite a nice texture. The consistency of this product is not too thick or too thin and it is not greasy. I find this a great product as it contains SPF 15 because even when you are going to the shops or walking down the street you have that protection from the sun without feeling like you have greasy, oily sunscreen on. The moisturiser "firms and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, reveals beautifully soft, smooth healthy looking skin and is non-whitening natural UV protection". It evened out my skin tone and made me feel refreshed and ready to tackle on the day. I love this product and it should be in every one's beauty pantry!

Trilogy Review: Gentle and Effective

Moisturiser is important to anyone's skincare regime. But what if you have sensitive skin or want that gentle moisturising cream? Look no further than Trilogy Sensitive Skin Very Gently Moisturising Cream. Before I rave on about how good it is, I want to tell you a bit about the product. Trilogy is known for their great skincare line that is all natural. This product is fragrance free, alcohol free and dermatologist tested. Trust me, it doesn't smell putrid. This product has olive, chamomile and plant derived hyaluronic acid. The moisturiser is a bit thick which provides good coverage. The formula is really moisturising and gentle on your skin. It makes you feel refreshed and leaves your skin skin and soft. The bottle is quite sleek and good to keep around with you while you are out and about!
