Belated May Favourites

Well this is late but this post is about the products I grabbed the most in May. Before I start here is beautyfix's month of May in photos!
1. Spa Paradisa Jasmine and Ylang - Ylang Body Butter
As you know I did a post on this product. I have been using this a lot as my skin is getting dry and it smells like a certain shop in Hawaii. I am not going into detail about this product as I did a post about this.

2. Lux Supreme Cream
My usual soap is Lux Supreme Cream. It is in bar form and lathers up really nicely. It smells really nice and fragrant. It has peach and moisturising cream. It leaves my skin feeling really soft and clean which I love and is one of the reasons why I use it.

3. Anti Blemish Solutions Samples
I have also done a blog post on this so I won't be going into much detail. I have used this product a lot because it makes my skin clear and it does not take ten minutes to do it. There is only three products involved and I love it because it works with my skin to tackle my imperfections.

4. Lady Speed Stick
This product has been my everyday deodorant and I love it. It is an American product and gives you protection 24/7. It has a fresh scent. Lady Speed Stick is a solid so it applies on dry which is great as it does not give you that sticky feeling.

5.Manicare Nail Dryer
This is one of my favourites as well. I have used quite a lot because it fastens up the drying process which anyone loves.

Welcome to Clear Skin

Hi everyone, so as I have mentioned in a recent post a week ago, I am trying the samples of Clinique Anti Blemish Solutions. At the Clinique counter, they gave me a consultation and recommended me products. The lady then gave it to me in sample sizes. I found this so great as I can try which products I like better so I can buy them. I love the Anti Blemish Solutions. The sample came with a Cleanser, Toner and Moisturiser!

To the left is the cleanser. It comes in the form of a bar or liquid. I actually prefer the bar because it lasts way longer and I just like it. The cleanser is my favourite product of the set because it is so effective. When I rinsed it off, my face felt clean like not dirty and smooth but clean and smooth. It is great. You just lather the bar or liquid in you hands and massage it into your face. Then you rinse off and pat dry.

Step two is the toner. It is like a regular toner but is yet so effective. I know I am using the word effective a lot but that is the only word to describe it.
To use this you just apply onto cotton ball or cotton pad and sweep on all parts of your face. It doesn't dry out your face unless you apply it too many times in one session.

The final step is the moisturiser. It is oil free which is superb. I normally don't feel confident with putting moisturiser on because I have an oily T - Zone but with this I put it on all over with confidence.  Applying this is pretty self explanatory.

Overall, it got rid of any pimples I had and they are staying off. This product is also reducing my oiliness. You perform this three step routine morning and noon. You can get the samples from the Clinique counters at Myer and David Jones. The whole set retails for $107 at Myer, David Jones and any other Clinque stockists.

Shopping in Westfields Miranda

Today I went to Westfields Miranda to pick up some fabulous beauty buys. I ended up with two OPI polishes from David Jones. Yes, they were from the Pirates of the Caribben collection. I got Planks a Lot and Mermaid's Tears. I also received some Clinique Anti Blemish Solutions samples which I am eager to try.

I didn't get as much as I expected because I realised that I didn't need really anything but I am just really happy I am prepared (in the way of nails) for Winter!
